  • Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad): A refreshing, spicy-sour salad with shredded green papaya, lime, chili, and peanuts.

  • Thai Spring Rolls: Crispy rolls filled with vegetables and glass noodles, served with a sweet chili dipping sauce.
